Write-up:

My résumé is pretty strong as is for applying to things at the university. I built my résumé the way my father taught me to build it, which makes my style feel a bit more human. Unsurprisingly, the AI prefers a different format. 

Truthfully, the AI started getting some of the information wrong, so I had to go back in after the fact and correct it. It got years wrong multiple times, along with my email. With that in mind, I had it triple-check its work. I found out it needed me to re-send the résumé bigger to analyze it correctly. I also had to give it a specific career so it could properly reorganize the skills portion. I was surprised how imperfect some of the answers were. In an attempt to feel less robotic, it opted for some humanity over professionalism, and it came out a little sloppy. 

I also learned how refined the AI can make a topic. If it’s told to keep going, it will keep “chiseling away” at the chunks and focus in on certain points, which it did on both essays.
